Founder & Chief Product Officer

Mr. Kuncheria is a distinguished financial and software professional with 37 years of service at The Federal Bank Ltd (India), where he specialized in credit and foreign exchange portfolios. Throughout his career, he held key roles across branches, regional offices, and the Head Office, gaining extensive experience in credit appraisal, foreign exchange, agriculture finance, MSME lending, and internal inspections. His deep understanding of banking operations is reflected in the development of BankCIS™, a comprehensive application management solution for credit functions.

Mr. Kuncheria holds a B.Com, M.Com, CAIIB, PGDCA, M.B.A (Banking & Finance psg). He has also undergone specialized training at SIDBI (Calcutta) and the Reserve Bank of India (Pune), further strengthening his academic and professional foundation.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. George John is a seasoned banking professional with nearly 40 years of experience, having served as Chief General Manager and CFO at The Federal Bank Ltd and at IDBI Federal Life Insurance. His expertise spans branch management, Treasury, Planning, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Risk Management, and Accounts.

At Federal Bank, he successfully managed major initiatives including the Rights Issue, GDR Issue, and the merger with Ganesh Bank of Kurundwad. He also played a key role in setting up IDBI Federal Life Insurance. As GM Credit, he restructured departments, launched an Asset Recovery Division, reduced Net NPAs from 10.76% to under 1%, and expanded NRI and Export Credit businesses.

Mr. John holds an M.Sc. (Physics), an MBA (CUSAT), and CAIIB qualifications. Since retiring from Federal Bank in 2008, he has worked as a Financial and Management Consultant.

Director of Strategic Partnerships

Mr. Marshal brings over 30 years of extensive operational and leadership experience spanning manufacturing, publishing, security, franchising, logistics, and project management. He has held prominent positions in esteemed organizations across Botswana, Zambia, and India. His academic background is in Mechanical Engineering.

Senior Vice President - Product

Mr. Albert C. O. is a veteran banker with over four decades of experience at The Federal Bank Ltd (India), where he retired as Deputy Vice President. He has deep expertise in credit appraisal, loan sanctioning, credit monitoring, and foreign exchange operations. Over the years, he has served in various branches across India, with key roles in the International Banking Department, Credit Risk Management (as Location Head, Zonal Office – Bangalore), and the Stressed Asset Monitoring Cell (SAMC). He also has significant experience in general banking, branch inspections, and audits.

Mr. Albert holds a B.Com, LLB, CAIIB, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDIM).

Vice President - Product

Mr. Sethu Madhavan is a seasoned banking professional with nearly four decades of experience at The Federal Bank Ltd (India), where he served as Assistant Vice President. His expertise spans various facets of banking, with a strong focus on credit management, supported by a certification in Moody’s Analytics. Additionally, Mr. Madhavan holds multiple NISM certifications, including in Investment Advisory (Levels 1 and 2), Research Analysis, Currency Derivatives, Depository Operations, Risk Management, and Mutual Fund Distribution.

He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and the prestigious CAIIB Part I qualification.

Vice President - Product

Mr. Jose Mathew is a seasoned banking professional with nearly four decades of experience at The Federal Bank Ltd (India), where he served as Assistant Vice President. He has extensive expertise in various banking areas, particularly in credit management, gained through his work at multiple branches and regional offices, especially in metropolitan regions.

He holds a B.Com, M.Com, CAIIB, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).

Vice President - Product

Mr. P.V. Sastry is a banking veteran with nearly three decades of experience across various facets of banking, with a primary focus on credit management. He has held numerous key roles, including Document Analyst, Investigating Officer for creditworthiness, and Relationship Manager for Corporate Credit, working across branches and regional offices in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and major cities like Mumbai and Hyderabad. His extensive career includes positions at State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of India, and Industrial Finance Branch, where he served as Chief Manager in multiple high-profile branches, including the Diamond Branch and Backbay Reclamation Branch in Mumbai.

Mr. Sastry has a strong academic foundation with a B.Sc., M.Sc., CAIIB, and certifications in Trade Finance, ALM & KYC, Digital Banking, and Moody's Certified Credit course.

Senior Vice President - Product

Mr. B. Venkita Ratnam is a seasoned banking professional with nearly four decades of experience in credit management, foreign exchange, and treasury operations. He served as Assistant General Manager at both State Bank of Hyderabad and State Bank of India, gaining expertise across various banking functions. His roles included Forex Dealer, Branch Manager, Credit Analyst, Chief Manager of Corporate Advances, and Chief Manager of Market Risk. Mr. Ratnam has also led Treasury Operations as Assistant General Manager at State Bank of Hyderabad.

He has undergone extensive training in areas such as Corporate Credit, Rural Banking, and International Banking, and has specialized training in advanced credit management and currency analysis from institutions like the Banker’s Training College (RBI) and NIBM Pune.

Mr. Ratnam holds a B.Sc., an MBA in Banking & Finance, and the CAIIB certification.
